Physical

Physical well being is the dynamic state of managing health by engaging in regular exercise, eating a balanced, nutritious diet, and maintaining adequate sleep.

Regular physical activity, healthy eating and sleep habits can improve your mood and mental health, strengthen your bones and muscles, and reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and some cancers.

Eat Well

Participation in good nutrition practices reduces the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. It enhances your physical wellbeing and gives your body the nourishment it needs to preform daily tasks.
